COVNA Y43H Pilot Operated Steam Pressure Reucing Valve
COVNA Pilot Operated Steam Pressure Reucing Valve is applied in steam pipe line, but the difference of the inlet pressure and outlet pressure must be ≥0.2MPa. Steam pressure reducing valves are used in commercial, industrial, and institutional applications to regulate steam pressure. Used in applications such as oil lines, testing fixtures, autoclaves, steam tables/irons, single radiators, and vulcanizers.
- Model: Relief Valve
- Size Range: 3/4" to 16"
- Pressure Range: 1.6 to 6.4MPa
- Material: WCB, Stainless Steel
COVNA Pilot Operated Steam Pressure Reucing Valve
This series of the valve falls within the category of pilot-piston operated pressure reducing valve. It is composed of main valve and auxiliary part. The main valve includes: valve seat, main valve disk, piston, piston springs and others. The pilot part includes valve seat, valve disk, diaphragm, spring, adjusting screws and others.
The valve throttles through the adjusting spring, and reduces the inlet pressure to a needed outlet pressure. It makes use of the energy of the medium itself so that the outlet pressure automatically meets the predetermined requirement to achieve the function of pressure relief.
