Stainless Steel Hygienic Sanitary Diaphragm Valve
Sanitary diaphragm valve are made from stainless steel SS316, and come with double gaskets: EPDM and PTFE. The sanitary design allows precise control of the fluid flow rate with low turbulence and minimal back pressure.
Diaphragm valves can be controlled by various types of actuators e.g. manual, pneumatic actuator, hydraulic, electric actuator etc. The most common diaphragm valves use pneumatic actuators

General Introduction:
The sanitary diaphragm valve is remotely operated by the driving device or manually operated by the handle. The driving device has three standards: normally closed type, normally open type and pneumatic type. It has the advantages of simple structure, beautiful appearance, quick disassembly and assembly, flexible operation, low fluid resistance, safe and reliable use. It is suitable for the control of water, gas, oil and corrosive media in the chemical, petroleum, metallurgical, water heating, food, pharmaceutical and other industries.
The structural design of the diaphragm valve is particularly suitable for ultra-pure media or heavily polluted, very viscous liquids, gases, corrosive or inert media. When combined with control equipment, the diaphragm valve can replace other traditional control systems, especially suitable for solid and easily polluted inert media
Product Advantage:
- A few product connectors, good overall hardness performance
- Fast interception, easy to open, flexible and precise
- Diaphragm replaceable, low maintenance costs
- The overall structure of the valve body is relatively small, easy to install and maintain
- A variety of surface polishing techniques, no dead ends, no residue in the normal position
